1. Data collection and cross-border transfers

• What we collect: We follow data minimization. We only collect what's needed to run the Service — your email, the Telegram Bot Token and Telegram User ID you provide, and system-generated usage data (API call count, token usage, search count).
• Cross-border processing: You understand and agree that, to deliver a fast and reliable cloud service, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in Taiwan or in other countries where our servers are located.

2. AI conversation privacy

• Pass-through only: Your prompts pass through our API for traffic accounting and credit deduction.
• No model training: We do not monitor, log, or store your private conversation content, and we will never use your data to train any AI model or sell it to third parties.

3. Third-party service providers

We only transmit the specific technical data required to operate the Service to our leading global partners:

• Polar: Handles subscription billing and payment processing (we do not store your credit card number).
• Cloudflare: Global network acceleration and DNS protection.

4. Data retention and deletion

• Account deletion: You can request account deletion at any time via the dashboard.
• Data cleanup: When your subscription ends or your account is deleted, we retain the minimum transaction and billing records required by law. Your Docker container configuration and Telegram Bot Token are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

5. Global user rights

No matter where you are (including regions covered by the EU GDPR or California's CCPA), you have the right to request access to, correction of, restriction of processing of, or deletion of your personal data.
